CTLM Teaching Fellows Application

Welcome!

To complete your application, please read the following details about the CTLM Teaching Fellows program. Then, share some information to help us learn more about your teaching context and availability. 

Commitment & Schedule

The program runs approximately every other week for the full semester (see session dates below). Each person matters to the cohort community, and for this reason, we ask that you commit to participating in the majority of sessions. We understand that you may need to miss a meeting or two due to illness or unexpected circumstances.

Application Deadline 

We’ll give priority to applications received by July 15, 2026. 

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t yet know your teaching schedule. We’ll follow up with you about your availability at a later date.

We understand that teaching appointments are still in flux, so we’ve chosen session times based on past patterns of instructor availability. We welcome your feedback about scheduling for future programming.

Next Steps

You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your application. We may follow up with additional questions based on the information you provide. 

We often receive applications up until the priority deadline of July 15. We hope to let you know about your acceptance or waitlist status by July 22.
