Biography
Alyson Herreid has been creating educational media since 2011 when she began producing an engineering series, “The Ben Heck Show,“ designed to educate and entertain makers and hobbyists. She began serving the university in 2015 and enjoys that she has the opportunity to be part of a variety of projects and that exploding capacitors are no longer part of a normal work day. As a senior instructional media coordinator with the Center for Teaching, Learning & Mentoring, Alyson strives to meet her campus partners where they are and provide a relaxed, collaborative experience. She approaches her work with curiosity in order to best understand a campus partner‘s needs and design effective instructional media to meet their goals.
